Our copilots are primarily based in the Philippines, working during US hours. We also have copilots located in Central and South America.

The Philippines offers an exceptional pool of talent in the outsourcing industry (~1.5 million workers), with a significant portion of this workforce dedicated to working US hours. The country is known for its highly skilled and dedicated professionals. English proficiency is widespread, ensuring effective communication between our copilots and clients. The cultural alignment between the Philippines and Western countries further facilitates seamless integration and understanding. By outsourcing to the Philippines, we can provide cost-effective services without compromising on quality.

You will be provided with 2-3 candidates for each placement and have the opportunity to select the final copilot. We will also provide recommendations based on the specific role. If you're unhappy with your copilot, we offer replacements within a 30-day turnaround.

We follow a fully embedded model, ensuring copilots are onboarded and seamlessly integrated into your existing communication and collaboration tools such as Slack, Teams, and G-Suite.

Full-time copilots start at $2,750/month. Payment is made monthly in advance, and we require a 30-day cancellation notice to maximize the opportunity for copilots to be placed with another agency.

Our standard recruiting process for new copilots takes approximately 2-8 weeks, depending on specific requirements and availability.

We offer a minimum commitment of 3 months to ensure sufficient time for copilots to make a meaningful impact on your business.

You have the flexibility to modify your copilot's responsibilities and we encourage opportunities for professional development. However, we maintain a zero tolerance policy for any form of inappropriate behavior.
